KETIL BEEN has more than twenty three (23) years of international management and consulting experience. Ketil focuses on enterprise-wide system implementations, organizational change management, process optimization and project management within the energy industry. Prior to forming Boxley Group, Ketil served as Managing Director for Frontline Group in Norway and later as Regional Manager for Europe. Ketil holds a B.Eng. (Hon) in Naval Architecture & Offshore Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, an MBA from Manchester Business School, accreditation as Siv Ing. (Charted Engineer, Norway), and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is fluent in English, Norwegian and Portuguese.

PETER DE JONG has more than twenty two (22) years of experience specializing in energy-based operational excellence, project management, organizational development, and Lean Sigma projects. He has led many high-performing teams, including a variety of upstream and downstream performance improvement implementation teams for major energy companies and their contractors. Peter has a B.Eng. From The Hague University, post-graduate degrees in Commercial Engineering and Business Process Re-Engineering, and an MBA from Kingston University. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German, and is a PMP and Lean Six Sigma Certified.

He is a seasoned Change Agent who has held senior leadership positions and has an in-depth knowledge of Business Transformation, Talent Management/Leadership Development systems, ISO 9001/14001/18001, and Business Process Re-engineering. Larry holds a doctorate in Organizational Change and a Masters in Technology Management from Pepperdine University.

KATHERINE WARREN has more than twenty (20) years of experience helping companies evaluate and execute strategic growth, identify and capture operating efficiencies, design and conduct program leadership and manage business portfolios. She has worked on numerous transactions in the full range of the mergers & acquisition lifecycle – including growth strategy, target assessment, due diligence, and post-acquisition/divestiture planning and implementation. She worked for ten years at Deloitte Consulting working for Fortune 500 companies including power and oil & gas. She has experience bringing complex projects to completion and addressing difficult change at companies and is a certified PMP. She has an MBA from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a B.A. from the College of William & Mary.

MIKE WHITTAKER has more than twenty three (23) years of energy consulting experience. His areas of expertise include Upstream (E&P, land, operations, accounting, and marketing), Midstream (gathering, processing and transportation), Downstream, and Power. Prior to forming Boxley Group, Mike was a senior manager with Accenture’s Global Energy and Trading & Risk practices, and senior manager with Sungard Energy Systems. Mike holds a B.S. in Geology with a minor in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and an Executive MBA from Harvard.

RICHARD YARP has more than thirty seven (37) years of oil industry experience spanning Downstream, Upstream, and Midstream operations. Richard specializes in strategy, planning and & performance management having held leadership roles in these areas at Chevron and Texaco. He brings deep expertise in team facilitation, long and short range planning, performance management, balanced scorecards, and operational analysis. Richard holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
