He has held C-level leadership positions in business and has an in-depth knowledge of Competency Based Human Capital Management, ISO 9001/14001/18001, and Leadership Development,

Experience in Organizational Change for Cybersecurity platform deployments, enterprise wide security awareness and training, insider threat protection, critical information security, data loss prevention (DLP), and other Cybersecurity programs.

Larry holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change, and Master’s degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University, and is formerly the Vice President of the Association of Change Management Professionals: Texas Chapter.
