KETIL BEEN is an accomplished executive with over two decades of international management and consulting experience. Ketil focuses on enterprise-wide system implementations, organizational change management, process optimization and project management within the energy industry. Prior to forming Boxley Group, Ketil served as Managing Director for Frontline Group in Norway and later as Regional Manager for Europe. Ketil holds a B.Eng. (Hon) in Naval Architecture & Offshore Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, an MBA from Manchester Business School, accreditation as Siv Ing. (Charted Engineer, Norway), and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is fluent in English, Norwegian and Portuguese.
KATHY PATTILLO has over two decades of business development, sales and marketing experience in the professional services and energy industries. Kathy’s focus is delivering client value by leveraging Boxley Groups’ unique approach to “bridge the gaps” that typically exist between the four cornerstones of a business – Strategy, Operations, Commercial and Technology – to accelerate value creation. Prior to joining Boxley Group, Kathy spent 17 years in business development with Sirius Solutions, L.L.L.P growing the client base and managing more than 20 clients a year. Prior to consulting, she held finance and credit roles. Kathy currently sits on the board of Moore & Shelton, Ltd. has a B.B.A in Finance and a B.B.A. in Management from Texas Christian University.
MIKE WHITTAKER is a seasoned industry professional with over two decades of energy consulting experience. His areas of expertise include Upstream (E&P, land, operations, accounting, and marketing), Midstream (gathering, processing and transportation), Downstream, and Power. Prior to forming Boxley Group, Mike was a senior manager with Accenture’s Global Energy and Trading & Risk practices, and senior manager with Sungard Energy Systems. Mike holds a B.S. in Geology with a minor in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and an Executive MBA from Harvard.
RICHARD YARP is an industry veteran with over 30 years of oil industry experience spanning Downstream, Upstream, and Midstream operations. Richard specializes in strategy, planning and & performance management having held leadership roles in these areas at Chevron and Texaco. He brings deep expertise in team facilitation, long and short range planning, performance management, balanced scorecards, and operational analysis. Richard holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
