An accomplished executive with over two decades of international management and consulting experience. Ketil focuses on enterprise-wide system implementations, organizational change management, process optimization, and project management within the energy industry. Prior to founding Boxley Group, he served as Managing Director for Frontline Group in Norway and later as Regional Manager for Europe. Ketil holds a B.Eng. (Hon) in Naval Architecture & Offshore Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, an MBA from Manchester Business School, accreditation as Siv Ing. (Charted Engineer, Norway).

A seasoned industry professional, Mike has over two decades of energy consulting experience. His areas of expertise include upstream (E&P, land, operations, accounting, and marketing), midstream (gathering, processing, and transportation), downstream, and power. Prior to forming Boxley Group, Mike was a senior manager with Accenture’s Global Energy and Trading & Risk practices, and senior manager with Sungard Energy Systems. Mike holds a B.S. in Geology with a minor in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and an Executive MBA from Harvard.

Tara has over 20 years of experience as a VP of Operations leading HR, Project Management, Compliance, Training, Client Migrations, Implementation, and IT departments.  She will be instrumental in delivering client value in HR strategic initiatives, system selections and implementations, and operational improvements. She has experience in all aspects of HR including recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, data and metrics, and selecting and integrating systems including systems outside of HR.  Her first position was as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Marines after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago.

Serving clients in the energy industry and consulting for more than three decades, Paula is a proven project and program manager. Her expertise includes asset/acquisition integration, software selection and implementation, data governance and conversion, innovation, and disruptive technologies. Prior to joining Boxley Group, she spent 14 years at Sirius Solutions, LLLP in consultancy, advisory, and as Managing Director over Energy & Technology. Prior to that, she worked for 10 years at Plains All American Pipeline L.P. over their Revenue & Regulatory team. Her upstream experience included working for UNOCAL and several independent operating companies. Paula is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Dave is a talent acquisition leader and subject matter expert with over 24 years of diverse talent management experience.  He has successfully placed over 2500 candidates in new career opportunities.  He has recruited across the job market spectrum from highly technical Engineering, Operations and Earth-science positions to C-Suite, Sales & Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Field Operations, Procurement, IT, and HR.  He has recruited globally across industries including oil & gas, manufacturing, EPC, telecommunications, construction, hospitality, legal, and securities.  David has been recognized by the National Association of Personnel Services as a national top performer and has recruited in both agency and corporate environments.
